Refund Policy Effective as of August 5th, 2024
1. General Guidelines
1.1. This Refund Policy (“Policy”) delineates the refund rights of Gainium users.
1.2. While our support team may offer exceptional concessions to users on a case-by-case basis, these instances shouldn't be construed as permanent changes to the Policy.
1.3. Any terms in this policy, if not explicitly defined, inherit the meanings from our Terms of Use.
2. Refund Options
2.1. Full Refund:
- Applicable to monthly installments only, including both auto-renewals and manual renewals.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the latest payment for consideration.
- Only the most recent month's payment is refundable. Earlier payments are non-refundable.
- Requests after 14 days or post usage of any service (barring Demo trading) during the initial 14 days post-payment are ineligible.
- Exceptions include technical glitches limiting access to Services. These are assessed individually, and refunds are granted at Gainium's discretion.
2.2. Partial Refund:
- Applicable for 12-month plan subscribers.
- You can request within the first 180 days post-payment.
- Refund is based on the unused period, calculated to the nearest month without considering discounts.
- For clarity, if a refund is requested 2 weeks into a 12-month plan, a refund for the remaining 11 months is processed. This amount is the total for 11 months, subtracted by the cost of the initial month without any discount.
3. Refund Procedure
3.1. Submit a written refund request from our contact page from the registered email.
3.2. Once submitted, don't activate your subscription or use any of Gainium's services to maintain refund eligibility.
3.3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of request.
3.4. Gainium isn't liable for additional charges, taxes, or fees applied by payment providers or jurisdictions during refund processing.
4. Refund Restrictions
4.1. A refund can only be claimed once. Subsequent claims, disputes, or reversals with Gainium or third-party payment providers are void once a refund has been approved.
4.2. Refunds will be processed in the initial payment currency or an equivalent based on the current market rate during the refund date.
