Not receiving emails from Gainium
Here is what you can do when you are not receiving any emails from us.

If you''re not receiving Gainium emails, your provider is likely marking them as spam. Search for "gainium.io" in your spam folder and whitelist the domain to fix deliverability.
If you are not receiving emails from the platform, there is a big chance that your email provider is mistakenly marking our emails as spam. To address the issue, please log in to your webmail interface and search for “gainium.io”.
Note for Gmail users: Google may not display search results from spam, so you must navigate directly to your spam folder and perform the search there.
To ensure future email deliverability, please add gainium.io to your whitelist.
