Gainium is operated by Gainium LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. Gainium provides trading software only — it is not a broker, financial advisor, investment advisor, or portfolio manager, and nothing in the product constitutes financial advice.

The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. You agree to submit disputes related to the Terms to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Wyoming courts, as set out in the Governing Law section of the Terms and Conditions.

Yes. Monthly plans are eligible for a full refund of the most recent payment if requested within 14 days and no paid services (other than demo trading) were used. Annual (12-month) plans can request a partial refund within 180 days, prorated for the unused period. Full details and the request procedure are in the Refund Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what data Gainium collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. The Site is hosted in the United States, so using it means your data is transferred there. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Canada you have data-protection rights including access, rectification, erasure, and portability, which you can exercise through the contact page.

Gainium is source-available under the Sustainable Use License, a fair-code license. You can read, audit, self-host, and modify the Community Edition for your own trading at no cost. What you cannot do is host Gainium as a paid service that collects other users’ exchange API keys — the license’s core safety constraint. Use of the Gainium name, logo, and brand assets is governed by our Brand & Trademark Guidelines, which apply to affiliates, partners, and press. Official logo files, colors, and visual examples are available on the Brand page.
