Brand & Trademark Guidelines

Last updated: 6/27/2026

These Brand & Trademark Guidelines explain how the Gainium name, logo, and other brand assets may be used. They apply to everyone who represents Gainium externally — in particular affiliates, partners, and press. They sit alongside, and do not replace, our Affiliate Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Looking for the logo files, color palette, and visual examples? Visit the Brand page to view and download the official assets.

1. Our trademarks#

The "Gainium" name, the Gainium wordmark, and the Gainium "G" mark are trademarks of Gainium. They identify our platform and our reputation. Nothing in these guidelines transfers ownership of any trademark to you.

2. The license we grant you#

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the official Gainium brand assets solely to identify and link to Gainium — for example, on a website, video, article, or social post that promotes Gainium. This license is conditional on your following these guidelines. We may update these guidelines or withdraw the license at any time.

  • Always use the official files from the Brand page. Do not recreate the logo or copy it from a screenshot.
  • Prefer the SVG files wherever vectors are supported; use the PNG exports only where raster is required.
  • Maintain clear space around the logo equal to the height of the "G" mark, and keep it large enough to read.
  • Use the color logo on dark or neutral backgrounds. Use the white or black variant when a single color is required or contrast demands it.
  • Do not recolor, restyle, add effects to, stretch, rotate, or otherwise distort the logo.

4. Using the name#

  • Write the brand as Gainium — one word, capital "G". Do not use all caps, all lowercase, or custom letter styling.
  • Do not combine "Gainium" with your own product name in a way that suggests a joint product (e.g. "Gainium Pro by …").
  • Refer to yourself as a "Gainium affiliate" or "Gainium partner" only where that is accurate. Do not describe yourself as Gainium, or as speaking for Gainium.

5. What is not allowed#

You may not:

  • Use the Gainium name, logo, mark, or any confusingly similar variation or misspelling in your domain name, app name, social handle, company name, or as a keyword in paid advertising.
  • Use the brand assets in a way that implies partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist.
  • Present Gainium's assets in a misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful context, or alongside content that violates our Affiliate Policy.
  • Register, claim, or attempt to acquire any Gainium trademark, or any rights in it, anywhere in the world.

6. Approval and questions#

If you want to use the Gainium brand in a way these guidelines don't clearly cover — for example co-branded materials, merchandise, or press use — ask us first. We're happy to help you get it right. Reach out via our contact page.

We may ask you to correct or stop any use of our brand that does not follow these guidelines. Continued misuse may result in termination of your affiliate or partner account and withdrawal of the license described above.
